Today we were joined by Cary Drake, who is the current defending Class B Indoor and Outdoor State Champion in both the 1 and 2 Mile. Plus, state champion on relay teams – as well as current Class B Cross Country State Champion. She also was a starter on the York Lacrosse team that lost to Greely in the Class B state championship game last spring.
